Student Union

The Student Union of the Global Institute of Future Technology (GIFT), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is the largest undergraduate student organization in the institute. It is responsible for organizing and managing various extracurricular activities and safeguarding student rights. The Student Union consists of an Executive Committee and six subordinate departments. The Executive Committee serves as the highest executive body of the Student Union during the recess of the Student Congress, overseeing all aspects of the union's operations.
